The Junior Rifle Program was formally organized in 1952 through the NRA The purpose of the program is to teach young shooters safe and proper ways to shoot and teach marksmanship skills for the future. The Program is conducted on Thursday evenings in June, July, and August and is open to children 9-18. Registration begins the first of May.
